Join us on a fascinating walk beyond the well-known ‘Concession’ villa district and discover some of De Haan’s lesser-known spots.
From a fisherman’s cottage dating back to 1847 to the listed Villa Beatrice from the early days of the resort, and a romantic-cubist design that won the Van de Ven Architecture Prize in 1934.
Along the way, you’ll also learn more about the Driftweg, the rise and decline of children’s homes and social tourism, as well as local education.
Please register at least 3 days in advance. Places are limited.
Starting point: Information office, De Haan town centre
This walk will be conducted in Dutch only.
